"Where to begin? We found Kylah after a long search for day-of wedding coordinators. My daughter was very specific about what she wanted and expected in a coordinator. Kylah not only delivered but she exceeded our expectations. She was always a phone call or text away and responded so promptly. It was like we were her only client. And then Covid-19 hit. All the wedding plans we had made were flipped upside down. Kylah was the rock that kept us sane and grounded. With her guidance and organization, we re-planned a wedding in 4 months. Her day-of professionalism and knowledge ensured that my daughter and I could focus on getting ready and spending time with the bridal party…knowing that Kylah had everything under control with the ceremony and the “elevated dining experience” (formerly known as the reception)! Kylah knows how to execute a bride’s vision on her wedding day. And for this, we are so grateful for Kylah."

"My wife and I attempted to plan our New Years Eve wedding but found it difficult to plan by ourselves. We were fortunate enough to have Kylah take the reins. Not only did she make the planning process look like a piece of cake, she really captured our vision for the style of the wedding. She showed up to the rehearsal, and made sure that everyone was confident in their roles. From the decor, to the party, our wedding was On The Dot! "I had always dreamt of a September wedding - the fall colors, the lingering feel of summer, but the cool of fall. When my now husband proposed in April, I didn't think I was going to be able to have my dream September wedding; that is, until I met with Kylah. When I told her what I was wanting and was wondering if September was even possible, without hesitation, she assured me that she could make that happen! I was stunned, and a little skeptical, but with every passing meeting and decision made, I was becoming a believer. Her positive attitude and professionalism sold me and erased any fear I had of it all coming together.
From cake tasting to floral arrangements, to finding and securing a caterer and a DJ, Kylah made sure that this was the easiest and most care-free experience I could have hoped for. Everything was coming together and it was looking better than I could have imagined. When the big day did arrive, she was right by my side and helped to ensure that the venue was set up for the ceremony and then prepared for that same space to be turned into the reception area, she made sure that everyone from the bartender and caterers to the DJ had everything they needed and were set-up and ready to go. " From the moment she started working on our wedding it became clear that her true passion is making sure you have a flawless day. Hands down our wedding day wouldn't have happened without Kylah. I am that crazy, type-A personality that has troubles letting go. But because of Kylah, I could let go and actually enjoy my day. I was prepared for things to go wrong and as far as we knew, nothing did. I really doubt most people can say that! And if things did go wrong, I had the confidence of knowing that she had it taken care of. As soon as our wedding weekend started, Kylah took control and made sure everything ran smoothy. All we had to do was enjoy it and smile for the photos. She made sure that all the moving pieces were were in sync and that everyone was having a great time.

Kylah is the one person that day who I was confident cared just as much as I did. She managed to keep a large group of family and friends happy, make sure the wedding party from ALL over were there and prepared, have all the pre and post celebrations flowing, made sure that Mark and I had the most magical day and so much more! "Kylah was absolutely wonderful during our entire wedding planning process. She was always available to answer any random or last minute questions my fiance and I had. She made us feel totally at ease with the multitude of meetings we had to plan our wedding. The previous planner we had mistakenly showed us the wrong linen options outside of our package and Kylah caught the mistake after taking over our account. She efficiently showed us our options within budget and promptly made us an appointment to view the new linens with the linen vendor. It was a simple fix but I appreciated her superb attention to detail. The day of the wedding she effortlessly ran the behind the scenes process and told me not to concern myself with a thing!I simply showed up with all my flower arrangements and decor and she made sure it was all set up in the manner I'd outlined. I didn't have one complaint at all. There was literally nothing for me to ask about during the day because Kylah handled everything."

My husband and I got married in the middle of a hurricane & despite the whole weeks chaos leading up to it, I honestly felt minimal stress about everything. She was there through every tear & question to reassure me the day would be perfect no matter what & if something needed to be adjusted for the day, she presented us with a plan on what we would do. Kylah is assertive where needed yet your best friend when planning and that’s what you want in a planner..someone who will listen to your ideas yet give you advice where needed/wanted and that’s EXACTLY what she did. The whole day, ceremony and reception was even more than I had envisioned!! We could not have asked for a better person to plan our wedding! There are so many parts that go into play in planning a wedding, but she effortlessly brings all of the planning ideas together. She is organized, accommodating, and always promptly answered any of my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure the venue and vendors were prepared for the day. "When we first got engaged, we had no idea what to do or where to start. We were the first to get married on both sides of our families, and our moms only wedding knowledge was from the 1980’s! Thankfully we found Kylah and she held our hand through the entire process (and brought us to the 21st century)! Things we didn’t even think to think about, she did and helped us make the best decisions for our special day. We really wanted to have a personalized wedding, that really represented us and the things we love. Kylah made sure all of those special details were taken care of! She was so easy to work with, great at communicating, and made us feel so special. If there were any fires, she must have put them out. Because as far as I know, it was a flawless day!"
